One year pandas at Beauval

About a thousand visitors came to ZooParc de Beauval on Saturday January 26, 2013 to celebrate the first anniversary of the arrival of Huan Huan & Yuan Zi in France!
These visitors enjoyed a special panda quiz and a movie of the pandas’ arrival on January 15, 2012.
Yuan Zi received a special panda anniversary cake made from bamboo and apples and the visitors enjoyed some special panda cakes.
I was also proud to deliver my first ‘Giant Panda Zoo Award’ to the Delord family. ZooParc de Beauval won the Gold Award for ‘Favorite Panda Enclosure’ of the Giant Panda Zoo Awards 2012.
