Photo Exhibtion: "Los osos panda en el mundo"
From April until June 2014 visitors of Zoo Madrid can see the Photo Exhibition “Los osos panda en el mundo” (Pandas from around the World) at the Zoo Aquarium’s Exhibition Hall.
The Photo Exhibition is a cooperation of Zoo Madrid with GiantPandaZoo.com and Dinasa and displays 40 images of giant pandas taken by Jeroen Jacobs around the World. The photo exhibition gives a great view on the worldwide conservation efforts to save this endangered species from extinction.
The pictures were displayed near the panda enclosure on April 9, when Xing Bao came in the outside enclosure for the first time.
The Chinese Ambassador in Spain Zhu Bangzao, the American Ambassador in Spain James Costos, the Zoological Director of Parques Reunidos Jesús Fernández, the Director of Zoo Madrid Ricardo Esteban and the Zoological Director of Zoo Madrid Augustin Lopez Goya were the first visitors of the exhibition.
