Lun Lun with ... 2 ... cubs

Zoo Atlanta put Lun Lun and both cubs together for the very first time on the morning of November 13, 2013. As expected, Lun Lun reacted completely normally – as if she’d known the whole time she had two cubs. Whether Lun Lun was aware or not of her twin cubs, she went straight in to mama bear mode. She walked in the den and immediately took one cub to nurse and ever so gently rested her paw against the other while he was resting. While Lun Lun eats, Mei Lun and Mei Huan may snuggle together for a nap or wrestle and play with each other. Having the family together on Panda Cam is such a sight to see! We can’t wait for the three of them to make their debut on exhibit.
