Atlanta's Po on display!
This morning, visitors to the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation Giant Panda Conservation Center saw Lun Lun carry what looked like an unusually adorable plush toy into the dayroom. But it wasn’t a plush – it was Po! The Animal Management Team gave Lun Lun access to the dayroom this morning, and she carried Po right out the door.
What does this mean for you? Guests MAY get a glimpse of the cub as Lun Lun checks out the exhibit. This is still an exploratory time for both Po and Lun Lun, as she makes sure she’s comfortable with taking the cub into the dayroom, and the pair may initially be out only for short periods. While we don’t expect Po to be on exhibit full-time for a few more weeks, you just may get a lucky sighting the next time you visit!
