Yuan Zai has been weaned from her mother

At the end of 2014, Yuan Zai has been prepared to live on her own. The team of Ms Chen at Taipei Zoo finished weaning training on January 6, 2015, which was the last day of Yuan Zai with her mother Yuan Yuan. Yuan Zai is living on her own since January 7, 2015.
昨日(1月6日)近中午時刻，大貓熊「圓圓」在保育員的輕聲召喚下，悄悄離開滿一歲半的「圓仔」，正式宣告「圓仔」獨立，要邁入新熊生囉！昨天一早，「圓仔」和媽咪一起吃了早餐、活動一下後便想討奶喝，「圓圓」雖立馬起身走開用行動婉拒，但最後仍讓「圓仔」滿足了喝奶的慾望，接下來「圓仔」便爬上棲架一路睡到中午，直到「圓圓」回到室內、保育員進場準備食物和整理場地時，牠都只是翻個身都沒有起床。今天早上，「圓仔」在享用完竹筍後 … 或許是平常的吃奶慾望，讓牠開始在門邊探索，於是保育提供牠最愛的精油毛巾，但「圓仔」玩兩下就興趣缺缺了。
