Ying Ying goes on a breeding vacation to CCRCGP

Ocean Park Hong Kong’s Breeding Pair of Giant Panda will have a special breeding experience in 2015.
The pair, who live at the Amazing Asian Animals Exhibit in Ocean Park, will join the National Giant Panda Breeding Program after attempts to encourage mating and artificial insemination between the pair both failed. This will increase the chance to breed with a good partner and to have cubs.
Ying Ying, the nine-year-old female, has been temporarily relocated to CCRCGP so she can mate with different pandas. Ying Ying would be returned to Hong Kong to after mating.
