Ei Mei sends out panda love

Ei Mei (Yong Ming in chinese) is the most successfull panda lover outside of China. He is an good natural breeder and the father of 10 cubs born at Adventure World Wakayama.
Could this heart be from Rau Hin? Does she want to have another set of twins this year?
