Dear Pandafans around the world
First of all I would like to thank you all for sharing the passion for pandas. It is so great to see how many people like pandas, follow them and want to help them survive in the future.
The giant panda is listed as endangered in the World Conservation Union’s (IUCN’s) Red List of Threatened Animals. 1600 pandas are living in the wild and around 300 in captivity.
With our website we want to help panda conservation by spreading the word about giant pandas. For this reason, I will return to China on November 5, 2011. Please stay tuned to the website and follow our adventure and please share our panda story’s with your panda friends!
