Da Mao & Er Shun's first Canadian Snow Week

Da Mao & Er Shun experienced their first snow in Canada. Toronto Zoo’s panda keepers have been waiting for the snow to fall to see Er Shun and Da Mao enjoy their first Canadian winter. I hope you all are enjoying the beginning of the winter weather! The pandas do!
The snow even didn’t stop Da Mao’s afternoon nap. Giant pandas live mainly in temperate montane bamboo forests high in the mountains of western China. Though the pandas have access to their indoor exhibits it is obvious they are having a blast playing in the snow!
